Nate is one of the best recruiters I have worked with. Right out of the gate, he was able to learn everything about all the roles in our fast moving digital agency (tech, design, ux, analytics, qa, and project management) and then immediately dig in by finding solid candidates. While most recruiters can fill a quota with bulk resumes, Nate prided himself on only presenting candidates that he knew would be a great fit - saving the leadership team considerable time.
